NEW FOR 2019 - Busted to headline vibrant new summer festival - Chilterns Live

The Chilterns will be coming alive to a 90s and Noughties vibe - from Busted’s high-octane Punk Pop to DJ Judge Jules’ chilled-out club classics.

Set in the Tring countryside, Chilterns Live is being held on Saturday 29 June in Cow Lane and boasts a line-up as hot as the summer, with The Feeling, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and 90s Brit Pop legends Dodgy and Toploader.

“It showcases an eclectic soundtrack of Brit Pop, Punk Pop and dance music classics that have energised dance floors, clubs, fields and even beaches throughout those two decadent decades of music and beyond.

The guitar trio, known for hits like Year 3000, Who's David, and Crashed the Wedding, are currently celebrating reaching number two in the charts with their new album Half Way There, released earlier this month.

If Groovejet (If This Ain’t Love) is more your groove, then Noughties disco queen Sophie Ellis-Bextor will be creating Murder on the Dancefloor with her amazing voice and killer tunes. Sophie has continued to enjoy chart successes with all her six albums reaching the Top 40, and is just about to release her latest album The Song Diaries.

Voted best DJ in the World in 1995*, record producer and radio show host, Judge Jules, will be spinning the audience into oblivion with his unforgettable back catalogue of hits. Recreating the sounds of Ibizia in the Chilterns, Judge Jules will be loading the decks with everything from Trance anthems to summer club classics and Ministry of Sound favourites.

Five-piece Pop Rock band, The Feeling, released their debut album Twelve Stops and Home in June 2006 when it charted three Top 10 UK singles; Sewn, Fill My Little World and Never Be Lonely, securing a Brit Award nomination. They haven’t looked back since, releasing four further hit studio albums.

Going back to the Brit Pop era of the 90s, Dodgy will be making sure you’re Staying Out for the Summer by listening to their feel-good tracks including Good Enough and If You’re Thinking of Me. The band have recently celebrated 25 years since their landmark album Homegrown.

To top off this day of spectacular hits will be 90s legends Toploader whose smash number one cover, Dancing in the Moonlight, will have everybody on their feet and making the most of this summer special.
